About This Coffee

An organic arabica blend roasted in Paris at the Passage Jouffroy atelier, bearing the "Fabriqué à Paris" (Made in Paris) label. This house blend (Assemblage Maison) combines coffees from Colombia (Nasa Wes'x), Peru, and Nicaragua, grown at around 1400m altitude. The cup is round and balanced with a rich, indulgent nose featuring chocolatey notes, citrus, and a persistent cocoa finish. Flavor notes include caramel, dark chocolate, almond, hazelnut, and orange. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing methods.

Working with a Diedrich roaster, the team develops profiles that balance clarity and depth, making specialty coffee approachable for newcomers and rewarding for seasoned enthusiasts. What began as a single Lyon operation has grown rapidly to encompass five locations in Lyon, four in Paris, and one in Saint Etienne. This expansion reflects both the quality of their roasting and their talent for creating welcoming cafe spaces. Loutsa also hosts workshops and tasting sessions, deepening the connection between their roastery work and the people who enjoy it.
