The El Diamante microlot is grown by Luz Mely Sanchez at Finca El Diamante in San Jose de Lourdes, Peru, at an altitude between 1900 and 2000 meters. It is a Caturra variety coffee processed using the washed method, involving pulp removal and a controlled 36-hour fermentation, followed by sun-drying on patios. The sensory profile is round and sweet, with aromatic notes of vanilla, caramel, and muscovado, moderate acidity, and a sweet, persistent finish. GCB Score: 85.50 out of 100.
