A Gesha variety coffee grown by Albino Ibias Ortega at Finca Tres Cedros in the Anccocharcas community, Inkawasi district, La Convención province, Cusco, Peru. Cultivated at 2,250 meters above sea level on volcanic soils rich in organic matter amid mist-covered ravines. The Gesha undergoes a 36-hour washed fermentation process and is dried for 25 days on raised African beds. The cup reveals notes of jasmine, bergamot, and peach, with a silky texture and a clean, lingering finish.
