This coffee is sourced directly from Press Coffee's Volcan Valley estate in Panama. The coffee is processed using the criolic folio method, where freshly harvested cherries are submerged in frigid mountain rivers to slow the decomposition of mucilage sugars. Other elements from the coffee plant like leaves and flowers are introduced during this chilled maturation. The coffee is grown at elevations ranging from 1800 to 2300 meters above sea level. The resulting coffee is light-bodied, refreshing, and remarkably vibrant with notes of pineapple, magnolia flower, and pink lemonade. This is a Gesha variety coffee that represents the pinnacle of Press Coffee's offerings and is released only 4 times per year.
