A natural-processed coffee from Ratnagiri Estate, now in its second year. Red ripe cherries are fermented for months inside whiskey barrels, allowing the coffee to absorb the aromatic character of the wood and spirit. Roasted to a medium profile, it offers rich tasting notes of single malt whiskey, cranberry, caramel, and plum cake. Bold yet balanced, it is suitable for espresso, French press, or pour-over brewing.

Rossette Coffee
Vansh and Aashrray founded Rossette Coffee in Delhi, combining hospitality experience with home brewing obsession. The roastery works across an unusually broad range of species: arabica, robusta, excelsa, and liberica, all scored above 80 on the SCA scale. Product lines include an Alcohol Series of spirit aged coffees, a Rarities line featuring fruit fermentations and carbonic maceration, and more conventional single origins and blends. Roasting runs on a German machine in small batches, and the company operates on a direct trade model with full profit returned to farmers.
