The coffee is grown at Finca La Rivera in Santa Rosa de Cabal at an altitude of 1,600-1,700 meters. The beans are Castillo and Caturra varieties, harvested between September-December and May-July. The coffee is processed using the Black Honey method, where the beans are dried with a significant amount of mucilage remaining, creating a sweeter and fuller cup. The flavor profile features tropical fruit, cola, and strawberry notes with a wine-like, sweet, and pleasantly acidic citrus character.
