Rise & Shine is a dark roast blend of coffees from Peru and Colombia. The beans are washed processed and grown at elevations between 1220–2200 masl. Varieties listed include Catuai, Caturra, and Castillo. The coffee is heavy-bodied with pronounced semisweet chocolate and molasses notes and a smooth finish. Available as whole bean or in multiple grind options.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
