The washed Red Catuai contributes sweetness and a well-balanced cup with subtle acidity. Flavor notes include stone fruit, peach, chocolate, almond, and nuttiness, with a full body, pleasantly soft mouthfeel, and a lasting sweet finish. Suitable for espresso machines, stovetop moka pots, and super-automatics.
