About This Coffee

Rufous is a warm, inviting coffee blend crafted from premium beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, and Rwanda. Brazilian beans add sweetness and body, Colombian beans bring gentle fruitiness, and Rwandan beans round it out with rich mouthfeel. The blend features Brazil Samba Reserve processed naturally, Colombia Popayan Reserve washed, and Rwanda Nyamurinda washed. It delivers comforting flavors of ripe plum, creamy milk chocolate, and toasted hazelnuts in a smooth, balanced cup. The coffee won a Bronze Award in the Milk Beverage Category at the Australia International Coffee Awards.

Tad Coffee Company

Terence Tan, Singapore's National Barista Champion in 2017, founded Tad Coffee Company in 2018 alongside a group of friends with a combined 30 years of experience across roasting, barista training, and operations. The roastery holds Halal certification and sources from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Sumatra, with the team providing SCA and ASEAN Coffee Federation certified training programs. Tad's blends earned consecutive Bronze awards at the Australian International Coffee Awards in 2019 and 2020, and their Ethiopia Moyo Nyekundu G1 took Bronze in the Pour Over Single Origin category in 2022. Tan went on to win the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship in 2023.
