About This Coffee

Single-origin peaberry from Nyamasheke District, Rwanda (1800–2000 m). Red Bourbon peaberry, washed and milled at the Rwamatamu washing station, finished in Kigali. Light roast with bright, floral acidity and tasting notes of blood orange and sweet chocolate (Kit-Kat), delicate body and pronounced clarity; excels as a pour-over.
