Crazy Sheep

Crazy Sheep is a young, spirited coffee manufactory in the heart of Bayreuth, Bavaria — located within the well-known Maisel & Friends brewery complex. Their name nods to the Ethiopian legend of goats (or in their case, sheep) going wild after eating coffee cherries, and that playful energy runs through everything they do. They roast on a Giesen drum roaster with meticulous care, each batch taking 15 to 20 minutes, and they source traceable beans from small farms and cooperatives worldwide. Blends are single-origin roasted before being combined for the perfect ratio, and visitors can watch the entire process live in the manufactory. From fruity light roasts to chocolatey espresso blends, Crazy Sheep is all about making specialty coffee approachable, fun, and transparent.
