The Espresso Fiorentino is a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Canephora (Robusta), sourced from Brazil and Colombia at altitudes between 1800 and 1950 meters. Grown by small farmers in cooperatives, it is processed using both washed and natural methods. This espresso has been awarded by the German Roasters Guild (Deutsche Röstergilde) and features flavor notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and a velvety texture. The roast level is 4 out of 6.
