Fazenda São Paulo is a natural-processed coffee from the Campos das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at 950–1100 MASL. Produced by José Carlos Cepera and sourced through the Sancoffee collective, this coffee features the Mundo Novo variety. It offers tasting notes of toffee, walnut, and brown sugar. The farm is UTZ and Rainforest Alliance certified, and has achieved multiple awards including a Cup of Excellence auction lot in 2015. Available as an Espresso Roast.
