Sareni is a light roast coffee from the Buesaco Nariño region of southern Colombia. Cultivated in volcanic soil at an elevation of over 2,000 meters, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It offers a vibrant, gently sweet, and balanced cup profile with distinct tasting notes of strawberry, peach, and guava.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business. Their approach is centered on sourcing exceptional, certified organic coffees and roasting them to be smooth, balanced, and inviting.
