About This Coffee

Shai’an Farmers’ Lot is a Yemeni coffee from the Village of Shai’an (Eastern Haraz/Ibb) produced by JabalBon and local farmers. Grown at about 1800 masl and varietal Ja'adi, the cherries undergo a slow-dried natural process. The cup shows notes of prune, brown spice, and marzipan with a rounded mouthfeel. The coffee is roasted for both filter and espresso preparations.
