This coffee is a natural processed single origin from Ethiopia, grown on the Bensa Gatta Farm in the Shantawene region at 2,100 meters altitude. It features flavor notes of peach, bergamot, and blueberry, with Heirloom and Typica varieties. The cherries are carefully handpicked and dried on raised beds for 13-16 days to develop its distinct fruity profile.
