Sheka coffee originates from Ethiopia's Sheka Forest Biosphere Reserve, cultivated at altitudes of 1,680–1,950 meters by farmers working amid challenging conditions including heavy rainfall and remote terrain. The coffee uses heirloom Ethiopian varieties and is available in both Washed (hand-picked, pulped, fermented, wet-processed, dried on beds) and Natural (sun-dried on raised beds) processing methods. Flavor notes include bright florals and stone fruit, with harmonious vibrance and layered complexity.
Founded in Porto in 2016, The Royal Rawness was born from a desire to celebrate coffee in its purest, most unadulterated form. Their philosophy is centered on the "rawness" of the bean, focusing on direct trade and transparent sourcing to get closer to the coffee's origin. They roast with a light touch, aiming to preserve and showcase the bean's inherent quality and noble character.
