A washed Red Bourbon from Rwanda's Shyira washing station, located at 1,850 meters in the Nyabihu district above Musanze. Managed by Muraho Trading and station manager Evariste Hagumimana, Shyira is Rwanda's highest coffee washing station, established in 2017. The high altitude, cool mountain air, and mineral-rich volcanic soils promote slow cherry maturation. The cup opens with raisin aromas, bursting into clementine brightness and finishing on a clean honeydew note, with electric citric acidity, balanced sweetness, and a crisp body. Roasted light to medium.
