About This Coffee

A Sidra variety coffee from Finca Soledad in Imbabura, Ecuador, produced by Pepe Jijon at approximately 1515 meters altitude. Processed using the unique "Wave Washed" method, which involves washing the coffee in a variety of temperatures using heated spaces, tanks, and refrigerated areas throughout the process. Roasted light-medium (end temp 406°F), this roast offers stronger maillard character, fuller body, more sweetness and less florals than the lighter version. Tasting notes include kalamansi, elderflower, and lemongrass.
