A co-fermented washed processed Caturra-Bourbon varietal coffee produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia at Monteblanco Farm in the Pitalito, Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1730 masl. Monteblanco is a fourteen-hectare family farm situated near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park and the Suaza River Valley. Roasted at a medium level specifically for espresso, the cup offers wild blueberry and purple fruit notes with tasting notes of blueberry cheesecake, cotton candy, acai, and a creamy finish. Cup score: 88.50.
