About This Coffee

A single-origin Arabica from the Kianyaga area of Kenya's Kirinyaga region, produced at the Thimu washing station owned by the Baragwi Farmers' Cooperative Society at 1800m altitude. The coffee is an AB microlot featuring SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru-11, and Batian varieties, processed using the washed method with 16–24 hours of fermentation followed by raised-bed drying. It offers aromatic notes of red fruit, blood orange, and vanilla, with pronounced acidity, persistent sweetness, and a medium body. GCB Score: 86/100.
