The flavor profile includes ripe fruit and caramel notes with a smooth, rounded body and lingering aftertaste. The roast level is medium (M) and the coffee is suitable for espresso machines, drip coffee makers, pour-over, siphon, Moka pot, AeroPress, French press, clever dripper, and cold brew methods. The coffee is packaged in 454g (1lb) bags with one-way valve.
