Competition lot from producer Leon Christianakis at Acacia Hills farm in the Ngorongoro region of Tanzania. This Gesha variety coffee is fully washed for 12 hours and sun-dried on raised beds for 15 days at 1800 meters above sea level. Harvested in 2023-2024. The cup profile is delicate and silky with aromas of white tea and apricot, featuring flavors of tea, lemon, apricot, and a cane sugar finish.
