From Gaia Estate in Oldeani Village, Karatu District, Tanzania at 1650-1800 meters altitude. A washed process coffee featuring multiple varieties including SL-28, Ruiru-11, Bourbon, Batian, and Kent. The coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation with citric and tartaric acid addition, lasting 36-54 hours, followed by shade and sun drying. Rainforest Alliance Certified. Flavor profile features dark chocolate and walnut sweetness with a fruit-forward concord grape finish.
