La Bandera is a single origin coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown at 1950 meters altitude by producer Diego Hidalgo. The Catuai variety is naturally processed and roasted as an espresso. It offers crisp notes of pear and citrus, with an underlying sweetness of maple syrup.
