This coffee is from Granja La Esperanza's Cerro Azul farm in Valle de Cauca, Colombia, grown at 2,000 meters altitude. The Gesha variety is processed with 20 hours in cherry followed by 35 hours washed. This is a 2025 harvest coffee, part of an ultra-rare limited edition series selected for exceptional terroir, variety, and processing, roasted and approved by the top Coffee Sommelier in the USA.
