The Gesha variety is processed with 20 hours in cherry followed by 35 hours washed. This is a 2025 harvest coffee, part of an ultra-rare limited edition series selected for exceptional terroir, variety, and processing, roasted and approved by the top Coffee Sommelier in the USA.
