The Outsider Blend is a four-origin blend combining 30% Guatemala Atitlan washed, 20% Ethiopia Sidamo washed, 30% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe natural, and 20% Brazil Blue Diamond natural. It is a medium roast coffee designed for depth of flavor and balance. The blend features sweet, chocolatey, nutty, and citrusy characteristics. It pairs well with both alternative and dairy milks while remaining enjoyable as black coffee.

Manta Ray Coffee Roasters
After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
