Produced by Erwin "Wingo" Mierisch, this coffee is processed using the classic washed method. It offers an intensely floral and perfumed profile with tasting notes of yuzu citrus, lavender, and honeydew, with jasmine vibes throughout. Recommended brewing ratio is 1:18.2 (14g/255ml).
