Timor Leste Ermera Fatu Besi

A washed coffee from the Ermera district of Timor-Leste, processed at a wet mill in Railaco city. The lot is composed of small producers from Licsala, in the municipality of Fatu Besi. Farms in Licsala are situated at approximately 1,600 meters above sea level. Varieties include Timor Hybrids and Typica cultivars. Flavor notes include simple, pleasant sweetness, brown sugar aroma, chocolate bitterness, orange confiture, Bosc pear, and green grape with a subtle acidity.
