This espresso blend combines beans from India and Brazil, creating a dark and powerful coffee with classic Italian character. The India Karnataka component uses Robusta grown at 1,000 meters altitude, while the Brazil Carmo de Minas component features Arabica Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda IP farm at 800-1,200 meters altitude. The blend offers pronounced roasted aromas with rich chocolate notes and subtle almond undertones. This is a dark roast designed specifically for espresso preparation.
