An anaerobic natural processed coffee produced by Daye Bensa Coffee at the Hamasho farm in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, at 2230 meters above sea level. Harvested in February 2024, this single origin coffee features the Ethiopian Heirloom varietal. Roasted Light/Medium and specifically prepared for espresso, it offers a rich, fruit-forward and citrusy cup with tasting notes of White Peach, Juicy Tangerine, Creamy Vanilla, and Ripe Mango. Cup score: 90.25.
