This coffee is a rare Liberica variety from the Luwero region of Uganda, processed at the Kyagalanyi washing station using the natural method. Grown at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,200 meters, this light-medium roast offers a unique flavor profile characterized by the sweet aroma of ripe jackfruit and tropical fruit notes. It features a remarkably creamy and silky body, with a lingering finish of sweet tobacco and high-purity dark chocolate. This coffee is noted for its distinct, deep, and persistent flavor layers.
