About This Coffee

Blend of 50% Brazil, 25% Guatemala, and 25% Ethiopia. 100% Arabica coffee with a full-bodied cup profile featuring fruity aromas and cocoa notes. The Ethiopian coffee comes from the Guji region and provides floral taste with fruity accents, while Brazil and Guatemala contribute full-bodied cocoa nuances. Processing methods include both natural and washed. Varieties include Catimor, Heirloom, and Yellow Catuai. Cultivation altitude ranges from 1,100 to 1,800 meters. Medium roast profile makes this the mildest of the roaster's espresso varieties.
