Pink Bourbon from Granja Paraiso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1950 meters altitude by Wilton Benitez. This coffee undergoes a distinctive Washed Anaerobic process with Thermal Shock fermentation. The varietal produces bright, fruity, and floral notes. Light roast preparation reveals silky smooth, sweet cup with prominent florals, creamy berry, rose aromatics, passion fruit, and balancing grapefruit acidity.
