Yemen Bani Haraz

A natural-processed Heirloom coffee from the Haraz region of Yemen, grown at 2,000–2,400 meters above sea level on terraced mountain slopes. Produced by Fatoum Muslot, whose family has been involved in coffee production since the 1950s. The flavor profile features rustic sweetness, earthy tones, and delicate fruity notes, with dry fragrance evoking caramelized sugar and smoky, bittersweet hints. Tasting notes include chocolate-covered pistachio, cooked squash, earthy matcha, palm sugar, dried fruits in chocolate, and roasted barley tea.
