YOUBU Blend is a seasonal blend combining Ethiopian Konga (natural, light and dark lots), Colombia Jambalo (Typica, washed) and a Yunnan lot processed as a yeast-fermentation honey. Roasted to a Medium level, it presents mixed berry and blood orange acidity with toasty baked-apple and brown-sugar sweetness and a lingering maple-syrup finish. The profile is balanced and sweet with medium body.
