About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from China's Yunnan province, specifically from the Pu'er Jiangcheng micro-region, grown at 900–1300 meters above sea level. Produced by David Ouyang, this Catimor variety is harvested at peak ripeness and dried on raised covered beds for 21 days before pulping and re-drying to 10–12% moisture content. It offers bright, candy-like acidity with winey sweetness reminiscent of ice wine, and notes of honeydew, melon, cherry, and tropical fruits like pineapple. Medium body. Roasted omni-style suitable for both espresso and filter.
