This coffee is a single origin Ethiopian coffee from Sidama Bensa region, processed using the Dark Room Natural method at elevations around 2,200 meters. Produced by Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee Export, who won first place at the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence in 2021. The coffee is made from the 74158 heirloom variety and features delicate floral and fruit notes of jasmine, peach, and lychee.
