XLIII COFFEE

XLIII Coffee (formerly 43 Factory Coffee Roaster) is one of Vietnam’s most serious specialty coffee operations, particularly in Da Nang where their flagship roastery and training space is located. The brand has positioned itself around rigorous sourcing, transparent traceability, and precision roasting. At the core of XLIII’s work are direct partnerships with leading producers and estates in major coffee regions worldwide, including producers associated with high-end speciality lots and competition-level beans. They emphasize single-origin, fully traceable beans with detailed information on varietal, region, processing, and roast date provided for most lots. Roasting at XLIII takes place on a Giesen W6A roaster at their Da Nang facility where they aim to preserve clarity of origin and distinctive flavor structure. This has become part of their signature as ultra-light and origin-focused roasts.
