A washed Gesha from El Itacayo (El Sauce, Santa Barbara, Honduras) grown at 1550–1730 MASL. This light‑roasted Gesha (Coffea arabica) offers floral magnolia aromatics, bright citrus and Meyer lemon acidity, oolong‑tea like delicacy, and a sweet vanilla‑cookie finish with a light body.
