About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee from Libano, Tolima, Colombia is grown at 1,900 meters above sea level by producers Gabriel and Flor Mendoza. The coffee is washed and anaerobically fermented. It features delicate jasmine florals and bright bergamot aromatics, with flavor notes of tangerine, ripe peach, cherry, and passion fruit. The coffee has a silky, tea-like body with lively citrus acidity and a clean, honey-sweet finish. The beans are grown on volcanic soils enriched by the nearby Nevado del Ruiz volcano. The farm holds international certifications including Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and UTZ.
