About This Coffee

A co-fermented Colombian coffee from Huila (1500–1700 MASL) combining two lots—Rocket Flower and Watermelon—processed by co-fermentation with dehydrated fruit and dried for 10 days. Varieties Caturra and Castillo produce a light-roasted, floral and vibrant cup with white-flower aromatics, bright citrus acidity, and playful watermelon/bubble-gum sweetness.
