This coffee comes from Nova Suica farm in Minas Gerais, in the Cerrado Mineiro region, produced by Paulo Veloso dos Santos and the Veloso family. It is naturally processed and composed of Red and Yellow Catuai varieties. The cup profile features milk chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel notes with a subtle floral jasmine lift. Roasted as a medium espresso, it offers a rich, sweet, chocolaty character with a clean, delicate hint of jasmine.
