Brazil Oberon is a single origin coffee from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais. It features Mundo Novo and Catuaí varieties processed using the Pulped Natural method. The coffee is characterized by pleasant citric acidity, smooth and full body, nice sweetness, and dark chocolate flavor notes, creating a well-balanced profile.
Founded in 2013 by Beverly and Sam Magtanong, Jelynn Malone, and Mike Arquines, Mostra Coffee began in Beverly's kitchen experimenting with coffees from InterAmerican Coffee before expanding through public cuppings at Abnormal Wine Company. Growing from that humble garage operation in 4S Ranch to multiple San Diego locations, Mostra has become a woman owned, immigrant owned, minority owned, and disabled veteran owned business that earned recognition as a multiple award winning roastery.
