This coffee is from Fazenda do Salto in Sul de Minas, Carmo da Cachoeira region, located at 1150 meters altitude. The farm is owned by Otávio Reis, representing the fifth generation of a family that has been in the coffee business for 100 years. The coffee is Yellow Bourbon variety, processed using the natural method where cherries are sun-dried on patios for approximately 20 days, then finished in mechanical dryers. The flavor profile features almond, chocolate, and ripe banana with notable sweetness.
