This single origin coffee from Sitio Seriema farm in the Cerro do Cigano region of São Paulo, Brazil, is a bourbon varietal processed using the pulped natural method. The coffee exhibits a soft, round acidity with brown sugar sweetness and a golden raisin finish. It is grown at elevations between 1200 to 1350 meters above sea level.
