About This Coffee

Brooklyn is a blend of 90% Brazilian (Fazenda JS / Inacio Soares) and 10% Panamanian (Finca Santa Teresa) coffee. The lot combines Red and Yellow Catuai from Mata de Minas (880 masl) with Geisha from Volcán, Chiriquí (1600 masl). Processing is Anaerobic Honey and Washed, producing flavors of candied orange, praline and cream with a juicy mouthfeel. Roasted for espresso with a medium‑dark profile.
