Samii Bensa - Äthiopien Espresso

Samii Bensa is a high-altitude Arabica coffee from the Sidama region in Ethiopia, specifically from the village of Samii Bensa. The coffee is harvested by smallholder farmers and processed using the washed method with a drying time of 10 days on African beds. It exhibits clear and complex flavor notes of nectarine, green apple, and apricot, characterized by fruity acidity and a bright profile, ideal for espresso preparation.
