Founded in Aarhus in 2012 and beginning roasting in 2013, La Cabra has grown from a small shop far from the city center into a globally recognized coffee company with locations in Copenhagen, New York, Bangkok, and Oman. Their novel single roast philosophy means each coffee gets one carefully chosen profile that best showcases its unique character, an approach that has led to transparent and memorable coffee experiences. They roast lighter to emphasize origin specific flavors and currently serve subscribers in over 60 countries. The roastery's new Copenhagen Nordhavn facility combines industrial heritage with modern production.
