Burundi Bahire is a single-hill lot from Ngozi, Burundi (1800 m), grown as Bourbon and processed washed. The light-roast coffee is bright and juicy with delicate florals, stone fruit and peach, raisin, pastry notes, and a smooth milk-chocolate sweetness that deepens as it cools.
